Support for social development
What we can support
- We adjust the work to fit you, rather than asking you to fit the work. Sessions are paced and structured around what helps your specific brain feel safe, engaged, and understood.
- Sensory needs are welcomed. You don't have to mask in our office, and you don't have to perform comfort you aren't feeling.
- For parents of autistic kids, we offer education, communication strategies, and support as you advocate for your child.
- Autistic burnout, sensory regulation, and emotional overwhelm.
- Worry and low mood that often travel alongside being autistic in a non-autistic world.
- Identity and self-understanding, especially for late-diagnosed adults.
- Communication skills and self-advocacy.
- Social connection, friendships, and relationships on your terms.
- For teens and young adults, the transitions that often hit hard: changing schools, leaving home, entering the workforce, navigating relationships.

We provide therapy and support, not formal psychological testing. If a diagnosis is needed, we can refer you to a trusted local provider for evaluation.
Is your approach ABA-based?No. Many of our clients use a combination of therapy and medication, others use therapy alone. We work alongside whatever path is right for you.
Can you work with my whole family?
There's no fixed timeline — some clients see meaningful change in 8–12 sessions, others find ongoing support helpful longer-term. We talk openly about progress as we go.

I had the privilege of working with Jo for several years, both individually and in couples counseling, during one of the most challenging times in my life, and I am incredibly grateful for her support. Jo is warm, authentic, relational, and genuinely down-to-earth, which immediately put me at ease and made it easy to open up. She created a therapeutic environment rooted in compassion, acceptance, and humanity, setting a standard for the kind of warmth I believe every therapist should strive for. I always felt heard, understood, and respected, and her guidance had a lasting impact on my life. If you're looking for a therapist who feels like a real person—not someone distant, cold, or clinical—I wholeheartedly recommend Jo and this practice. The care I received made a meaningful difference, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We found the center using Google and they recommend Marcie Reznik to us. She was the first experience my partner and I ever had with a life coach. I am not sure what we were expecting but as we both felt like we had an issue we were not able to push through alone we went. We did a total of 6 sessions and LOVEd it! Each time we learned more about the process and each other. Marcie was patient and helped us see what was necessary to move forward. It has been 2 months since our last appointment and it has been great using the tools she thought us. I think our relationship is stronger and our ability to think things out and communicate is so much better. I have a new understanding on Life Coaching and 100% recommend Marcie!!
