Adolescence is a time of rapid change, emotional growth, and unique challenges. We specialize in supporting teens through these years with personalized therapy that fosters resilience, confidence, and emotional well-being.
Teens today face pressures that can feel overwhelming — academic stress, social dynamics, identity exploration, and mental health struggles. Therapy provides a safe space to process these experiences, build coping skills, and develop a stronger sense of self.

I left a message after hours and got a call the next morning from the owner. She spoke to me for a half hour on the phone and said she had the right therapist for my daughter. I was so impressed. We have been to a few different places and nothing compares to how our therapist handles teenagers. Go here with confidence.— M. F. Parent of teen client

Will you tell my parents what I say?
Therapy is confidential. We share general updates with parents (how things are going, what we're working on) but specifics of what you share stay between us — unless you're in danger or someone else is. We'll go over this clearly in the first session so you know exactly what to expect.
My teen really doesn't want to come. What should I do?
It's common. We sometimes start with a single "no commitment" session — just to meet, ask questions, see if it feels okay. Most teens are surprised by how different therapy feels once they're actually in the room.
Do you offer evening sessions?
Yes. We have evening hours specifically because we know after-school time is precious for teens and families.

I had the privilege of working with Jo for several years, both individually and in couples counseling, during one of the most challenging times in my life, and I am incredibly grateful for her support. Jo is warm, authentic, relational, and genuinely down-to-earth, which immediately put me at ease and made it easy to open up. She created a therapeutic environment rooted in compassion, acceptance, and humanity, setting a standard for the kind of warmth I believe every therapist should strive for. I always felt heard, understood, and respected, and her guidance had a lasting impact on my life. If you're looking for a therapist who feels like a real person—not someone distant, cold, or clinical—I wholeheartedly recommend Jo and this practice. The care I received made a meaningful difference, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

We found the center using Google and they recommend Marcie Reznik to us. She was the first experience my partner and I ever had with a life coach. I am not sure what we were expecting but as we both felt like we had an issue we were not able to push through alone we went. We did a total of 6 sessions and LOVEd it! Each time we learned more about the process and each other. Marcie was patient and helped us see what was necessary to move forward. It has been 2 months since our last appointment and it has been great using the tools she thought us. I think our relationship is stronger and our ability to think things out and communicate is so much better. I have a new understanding on Life Coaching and 100% recommend Marcie!!
